Cover your nipple by nipple covers or cotton pad for sensitive nipples.3. Hold your breast in your desired position, measure and cut the tape accordingly.4. Start taping from under your breast and pull gently to stretch the tape onto your skin.5. Repeat on the other side and use scissors to remove any visible excess.6.
