The Gender Fluid Pride Flag celebrates those who reject and bend traditional gender binaries. The creator, JJ Poole, created the flag design after being disappointed with the lack of symbolic representation within the Genderfluid or Genderflux community. JJ was inspired by other Queer flag creators and the power of young people in the LGBTQIA+ community. For JJ, the five stripes represent the breadth of Gender Fluid identities and the different identities of folks who are a part of the Genderfluid community.
