The Red Tank Engine is an as-yet non-speaking character whose name is not known. This engine first appeared in Shunted, in which he is referred to as a magistrate from the Ministry of Transportation, much like The Purple Tender Engine. He was summoned after Joey took Thomas and Bertie into custody. When Joey and Mickey brought Thomas and Bertie before him, this engine sentenced them both to 10 days in Rail Gate Prison on a number of charges ranging from criminal endangerment to speeding. In Non
