The Idaho Supreme Court on Dec. 19 sent a wrongful-death case levied against Sun Valley Resort back to 5th District Court, reversing a previous ruling that favored Sun Valley Co. The court has ordered a jury trial in Blaine County to determine whether the resort was responsible for the 2019 death of Boise resident Stu Milus.
